Results Based Budgeting Committee:
Committee paneled by the City Manager and comprised of businesses, city staff, community members, and the university. Given the daunting task to closely examine and evaluate the City budget It's primary goal was to evaluate the budgetary effects on local businesses and explore future outcomes by looking at a “new way of doing business” in order to strengthen the economic base.
